SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sherry
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. whipping cream (carton)
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook, peel and mash potatoes. Beat in half of butter. Add sherry, nutmeg and half of cinnamon. Beat in cream until light and season with salt and pepper. Pour into greased casserole dish. Dot with remaining butter and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
