SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 stick butter
3 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. white sugar

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into baking dish.

Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 stick butter (softened)

Mix. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
