CRUNCHY BEEF CASSEROLE | |
2 c. uncooked corkscrew macaroni 1 lb. ground beef 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes 3/4 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese 3/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional) 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt 1 (3 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain. Brown ground beef and drain fat. Combine all ingredients, except fried onions. Pour into 2 quart greased casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and top with fried onions. Bake 5 additional minutes. |
