BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 3/4 c. (14 1/2 oz.) tomatoes, undrained, chopped
1 1/3 c. (10 1/2 oz.) condensed beef broth
3/4 c. (4 oz. can) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 c. (8 oz.) wide egg noodles, uncooked
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef, green pepper and onion in 10-inch skillet until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients except noodles and cheese. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Cook egg noodles according to package directions, drain. Combine noodles, beef mixture and Mozzarella cheese in 3 quart casserole. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
