HAMBURGER RICE HOTDISH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. rice (old fashioned)
1 lg. onion
3/4 tsp. celery salt
2 cans vegetarian soup
Salt and pepper

SAUCE:

1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. milk

Precook rice 5 minutes. Bake 1 1/2 hours. if dry, add 1/2 can of water. Put in a casserole. Bake at 350 degrees. Heat sauce and pour over hotdish before serving, or put on table to help themselves. This will serve 6 to 8 people.

I do not add any salt to the hotdish. It seems salty enough. I also add the 1/2 can of water right away.
