TURKEY WING DING CASSEROLE 
2 turkey wings
Salt, pepper
1 can each cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, cream of celery soup
1/4 c. dry white wine or vermouth
1 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Put turkey wings in large saucepan with salt, pepper and 3 cups water; cover and steam until tender, about 2 hours. Cool slightly; remove meat from bones. Combine turkey meat, soups, wine, and almonds in large bowl. Turn into baking dish. Top with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour. Serve over rice or noodles.
