SOUR CREAM CORN BREAD 
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
8 1/2 oz. canned cream corn
8 oz. sour cream

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
