KARMEN'S HOT CHEESE DIP 
2 and 1/2 cups Velveeta cheese
1/2 cup milk
16 oz of salsa

Pour milk and cheese into saucepan. Let it melt over medium-low heat. Stir in salsa until well combined. Season to taste with garlic or onion powder, or a pinch of cayenne pepper, if desired.
