HONEY CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. honey
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
3 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. black coffee
1/3 c. plus 1/4 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together well the brown sugar, honey, vegetable oil and eggs in a large bowl. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice and ground cloves; mix well. Stir in coffee and 1/3 cup raisins. Pour batter into a 2-quart Bundt or Angel Food cake pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup raisins on top of batter and gently swirl into batter. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
