1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. honey
1 c. cold coffee
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. raisins

Cream sugar, butter, honey and add eggs and coffee. Mix well. Add flour. (Cinnamon and cloves to taste may be added to flour.) Fold in raisins. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 375 degrees until tests done.
