3 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 c. honey
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/3 c. warm black coffee (liquid)

Mix and sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients not the egg whites. Beat the white with 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar. Add to the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees about 60 minutes.
