SEAFOOD MOLD 
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. onion
1 c. celery
12 oz. seafood
1 can cream of chicken soup

Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup warm water; set aside. Heat can of soup, when hot add gelatin. Stir in cream cheese, mix until smooth.

Dice onions, celery, and seafood. Add to soup mixture, pour into mold and chill.
