1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix like pie crust. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix 1 large cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar. Add 1 (9 ounce) Cool Whip. Spread on crust.

Mix 2 small instant chocolate pudding with 3 cups milk. Spread on cheese mixture. Spread 9 ounce Cool Whip on top of that. Top with chopped nuts. Put in refrigerator.
