FROZEN BREAD CARAMEL BARS 
2 loaves frozen bread dough

Thaw but do not let raise. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Tear one loaf into pieces and drop helter skelter into pan.

Melt:

1/2 c. butter, remove from heat & stir
1 c. brown sugar
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding, not instant
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Stir until smooth. Pour over torn loaf. Tear second loaf and place in pan. Let rise 2 to 3 hours. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool slightly and turn out on a large platter or wax paper.
