GEORGIA FRIED PEANUTS 
1 lb. raw shelled peanuts
2 qts. oil

Pour peanuts into a colander or frying basket. Submerge in peanut oil preheated to 350 degrees. Fry 2 minutes or until red skins begin to split from kernels. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt. You can add 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or chili powder to each cup of peanuts if desired.
