RICH & CREAMY BROWNIES 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines brownies (Plus double fudge mix)
2 eggs
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. (3 1/2 c.) powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Combine mix fudge packet from mix, eggs, water, and oil in large bowl. Stir until well blended. Stir in nuts. Spread evenly in pan.

TOPPING: Beat cream cheese at medium speed with mixer. Beat in eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly over brownie mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until edges top are brown and shiny. Cool. Chill well. Cut into bars.
