SILK BROWNIE CRANCHO GRANDE | |
Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie 1/4 cup Nestle Chocolate chips 1/8 cup dried cranberries 1/3 cup vegetable oil 2 tablespoons water (if you want it to be more chewy and creamy use Silk Vanilla Milk). 1 egg You need: Square Baking Pan Brush or Oil spray oven toothpick 1. Heat oven 350°F for dark or nonstick pan. Grease bottom only of 8 inch square pan or use an oil spray. Clean the edges and excess using a paper towel. 2. Stir brownie mix, oil, water or silk, and egg with spoon about 50 times (batter may be lumpy). Spread in pan. 3. Gradually and lightly sprinkle the chocolate chips and dried cranberries on top. 4. Bake 26 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean: cool. *For cake-like brownie. increase water or Silk to 1/4 cup. High altitude 3500-6500ft. For regular brownie, decrease oil to 1/4, use 2 tablespoons water or silk and one egg. For cake-like brownies, decrease oil to 1/4 cup, use 1/4 cup of water and 1 egg. Bake 27-29 minutes.
