CHICKEN TORTILLA BAKE 
6 to 8 chicken breasts, cooked, cut up
1 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 jar Ortega taco sauce (chunky)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. grated cheese, cheddar or Colby
1 pkg. flour tortillas (8 or 10 inch)

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Cut tortillas into 1/2 inch strips. Layer tortillas, chicken, sauce and cheese. Repeat. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more. Best to prepare this dish the night before.
