BLUEBERRY SHORTCAKE 
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temp.
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 (11x17) cookie pan with sides

Mix flour, butter and sugar together. Press on cookie sheet. Bake 15 or 18 minutes at 350 degrees until light brown. Let cool.

Mix cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla and Cool Whip. Spread on top of crust. Top with blueberries or cherries. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serves 25 to 30.
