BLUEBERRY YUM YUM 
STEP 1:
1 pkg. (10 oz.) Lorna Doone cookies, crushed (reserve 3/4 c. for topping)
1/4 c. butter

Cut butter into cookie crumbs and mix well. Press into large glass baking dish; bake in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes.

STEP 2:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs, separated

In a medium bowl, cream all ingredients except egg whites until mixture is smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into cheese mixture and spread over cookie layers.

STEP 3:
1 can (21 oz.) blueberry pie filling
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 carton (12 oz.) non-dairy whip (Cool Whip)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Remaining crushed cookie crumbs

Spread blueberry pie mix over cheese-egg mixture; cover with pecans and then spread non-dairy whip over this. Sprinkle lemon juice over top and sprinkle cookie crumbs on top; chill.
