PIZZA CRUST 
RECIPE FOR A CROWD:

1/4 c. yeast
7 c. warm water with 2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
18 c. flour
6 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shortening

FAMILY SIZE RECIPE:

2 tbsp. yeast
2 1/2 c. warm water - add 1 tbsp. sugar to activate yeast
6 c. flour
2 1/4 tsp. salt
4 1/2 tbsp. shortening

Dissolve yeast in sugar water. Add dry ingredients. Let rise. Punch down. Divide in pan size portions and make crusts. Freeze or use with favorite toppings. Bake at 425 degrees to 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Be sure to grease pizza tins or cookie sheets and sprinkle lightly with cornmeal before spreading dough on tins. Let frozen crusts thaw before baking.
