VIVIAN'S BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 c. blueberries

Measure first 5 ingredients into bowl and mix. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour into muffin cups, and bake at 375°F to 400°F for 20 minutes.
