SOUR CREAM BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. oil
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. blueberries

Mix egg, sugar, sour cream and oil until thoroughly blended. Combine flour, soda and salt. Add to liquid until blended. Stir in blueberries. Bake 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Yield: 12 muffins.
