BLUEBERRY SOUR CREAM MUFFINS 
1/3 c. softened butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. fresh blueberries

Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla together. Alternately add dry ingredients, milk and sour cream. Fold in the blueberries. Spoon into muffin papers. Sprinkle with crumb topping.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
