SUMMER SAUSAGE 
3 lbs. hamburger
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. celery salt
3 tbsp. Quick Cure Salt
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Mix. Roll into 3 rolls (logs). Wrap in foil. Refrigerate 24 hours. Punch holes in foil (bottom). Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
