SUMMER SAUSAGE 
3 lbs. hamburger
2 tbsp. Morton Tender-Quick salt
1 tbsp. pepperoni spices
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 c. water

Mix together and cover. Place in refrigerator for 12 hours. Form 2 rolls in foil. Make slit in bottom of foil to drain. Place on rack in shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool and slice.
