PICKLE CANAPES 
1 sm. loaf white bread
Roquefort or soft cream cheese
Cream
Paprika

Remove the crust from small loaf of fresh white bread, using sharp thin-bladed knife. Cut into 1/4" lengthwise slices. Mash roquefort or soft cream cheese thinned with cream. Color mixture pink with paprika. Spread on bread slices. Roll each slice around jumbo pickle. Wrap rolls in waxed paper. Chill. When ready to serve, cut into 1/4" slices.
