BAKED SQUASH 
5 lb. yellow squash
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs (whole wheat rolls)
4 oz. butter
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chopped onion
Dash of pepper

Cut up squash; add water to cover; cook until tender. Drain. Add eggs, bread crumbs, butter, honey, salt, onion and pepper. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown. Serves 10.
