8 to 10 potatoes

Boiled in skin until just soft on outside. Peel and chunk in small pieces.

1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in 13 x 9 x 2 covered baking dish.
