PEANUT BUSTER PARFAIT 
1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 gal. softened vanilla ice cream
Spanish peanuts
6 oz. (1 c.) chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter

Crush cookies - add to melted butter. Press in 9x13 pan and freeze. Spread ice cream on top and sprinkle with nuts. Freeze.

Mix chocolate chips, powdered sugar and evaporated milk. Boil 8 minutes. Add vanilla and butter. Cool before pouring over peanuts. Freeze.
