BUSTER BAR DELIGHT 
15 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 c. butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
Salted peanuts
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter

Crush Oreo cookies (food processor works great for this). Melt butter. Combine cookies and butter and press into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Add layer of salted peanuts. Freeze.

Combine powdered sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup butter. Set over medium heat and boil for 8 minutes. Cool well. Pour over ice cream. Return pan to freezer. This is quite rich and can make 16 to 20 servings.
