BASIL & GARLIC POTATOES 
2-3 tbsp. basil
3 tsp. olive oil
6 med. cloves garlic, slivered
2 c. chicken broth
2 lbs. red potatoes, sliced 1/2" thick

In large bowl combine basil, oil, pepper and garlic. Add chicken broth and potatoes. Toss to coat well. In 9"x13" baking dish, arrange potatoes in even layer. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until tender and liquid is absorbed.
