BASIL AND GARLIC POTATO BAKE 
2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 med. cloves garlic, slivered (can substitute garlic powder)
1 can chicken broth
2 lbs. potatoes, sliced

In large bowl, combine basil, oil, pepper and garlic. Add broth and potatoes. In 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish arrange potato mixture (over lap potato slices, in rows).

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes until potatoes are tender and liquid is absorbed. Serves 6. Cover just 1/2 hour.
