BASIL & GARLIC POTATO BAKE | |
2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil 3 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. pepper 6 med. cloves garlic, slivered 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth 2 lbs. potatoes, sliced 1/4 tsp. salt (opt.) In a large bowl combine basil, oil, pepper and garlic. Add broth, potatoes and salt; toss to coat well. In a 9"x13" pan or dish, arrange potato mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender and liquid is absorbed. |
