PORK CHOPS AND SAUERKRAUT 
6 pork chops (1-2 inches thick)
1 bag sauerkraut
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 med. potatoes

Wash potatoes, peel if desired, cut into sections. Put sauerkraut in bottom of 9x13 pan. Layer pork chops on top of sauerkraut, then spread out potatoes over chops. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees until chops are cooked through.
