PORK CHOP & RICE CASSEROLE 
3-5 pork chops, lightly browned in skillet
1 c. rice (not minute rice)
1 can beef consomme soup
1/2 can water
Salt & pepper to taste

Place uncooked rice in bottom of casserole. Pour soup and water over it. Place drained pork chops in rice. Cover and bake in moderate oven, 350 to 375 degrees about an hour or until rice is done.

This recipe is almost like the one I use at home but I use lipton dried soup mix and a can of cream of mushroom soup!! This dish is to die for :)
