PORK CHOP AND RICE CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
1 c. orange juice 1 1/2 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 can chicken rice soup

Put rice in casserole dish and pour orange juice over it. Place chops on top of all and cover with the soup. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
