POT LUCK VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 lb. carrots, cut in long pieces

Steam vegetables separately in small amount of salted water. Arrange alternately in shallow casserole or rectangle Pyrex cake pan. make a medium white sauce; add 3 tablespoons Cheese Whiz or 4 slices of American cheese. Pour over vegetables and return to oven or microwave to heat it to bubbly point. Serves 8 to 10.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
