5 or 6 med. potatoes, cooked
1 c. Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, grated
1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix, dry
1 c. milk or sour cream

Mash potatoes. Add cheese, dressing mix, and milk or sour cream. Blend well. Spoon into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Note: If using instant mashed potatoes, make 8-10 serving size.
