RANCH POTATOES 
4 large baking potatoes, baked and cooled
1 large shredded mild Cheddar cheese
crumbled bacon

Peel potatoes (after baked) and slice into 1/2-inch slices. Place in casserole dish. Pour Ranch dressing over potatoes and toss to coat. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
