Yellow cake mix (dry)
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 lb. butter

Mix these ingredients together. Pat in cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cut up apples, add to top of crust.

Combine:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle over apples.

Mix together:

1 c. sour cream
1 egg, well beaten

Pour over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake about 25 minutes until done.
