DIET APPLE PIE 
6 med. apples, peeled and sliced
6 oz. frozen apple juice (thawed)
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter
1 pkt. of sweet and low

Boil apple juice. Reduce and simmer 5 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in little bit of water, little as possible. Stir in the apple juice. Cook again few minutes. Add apples put in pie shell unbaked and bake at 325 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with cream.
