DANISH TEA CAKE 
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. butter (real butter)
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream sugar, butter and egg yolk; add flour. Make small balls. Roll in whipped egg white, then chopped nuts. Flatten with small glass. Bake 10 minutes. Make dent with spoon in center. Bake 5 minutes more. Cool; add red jelly in center.
