SCOTTISH DELIGHT 
1/3 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
5 tbsp. Scotch
1/4 c. honey
Lemon twists to decorate

Place the almonds and oatmeal under the broiler and brown, turning frequently. Let cool. Whip the cream until it stands in soft peaks, then beat in the lemon juice, Scotch and honey. Fold in the almonds and oatmeal. Spoon into six glasses and refrigerate. Decorate with lemon twists before serving. Serves 6.
