WORKING MOTHER'S DELIGHT 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 1/3 c. quick cooking oatmeal (3/4 if using turkey)
1/2 c. milk
1 beaten egg
Small onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2-3 tbsp. dry onion soup mix

Mix together and press into 8 x 11 inch casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Two hours before serving remove from refrigerator. Cut into serving squares. Roll in flour. Brown lightly in a skillet. Return to casserole dish.

Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1 can of water. Pour over top of meat squares. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered for 15 minutes uncovered.
