MOTHER'S DAY GOURMET CHICKEN | |
8 chicken breasts, skinned, salt and peppered 1 pkg. dry onion soup 1 sm. jar apricot preserves 8 oz. bottle Russian dressing Place chicken breasts in pan and sprinkle onion soup mix on top. (I omit salting chicken as onion soup contains salt.) Spread apricot preserves over chicken and pour dressing over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. |
