MY MOTHER-IN-LAW'S HAM LOAF | |
1 1/2 lbs. ham, chopped or ground 1/2 lb. ground pork 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 egg and 2 yolks 1 c. tomato soup 1 1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs Mix 2/3 cup of soup with rest of ingredients. Shape into loaf two or three inches thick. Cover with 2 tablespoon flour. Place in baking dish. Add one cup of boiling water. Spread with rest of soup and cover. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. |
