EVELYN'S POTATO SALAD 
6 large potatoes
5 eggs, boiled
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 (15 oz.) jar mayonnaise (whipped dressing kind)
1 tsp. mustard

Boil potatoes till done. Peel then cut into cubes. Put in large bowl.

Boil eggs, run under cold water, peel then cut up and add to potatoes.

Cut up green pepper and add to bowl. Chop up onion and add to bowl. Add mayonnaise, about half of jar, (salad tastes best creamy). Add about teaspoon of mustard. Mix it up.

Chill in refrigerator before serving. Enjoy!!
