1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp. evaporated milk
sugar, to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
4 to 5 potatoes
2/3 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup minced onion

Mix Miracle Whip, evaporated milk, sugar and salt and set aside.

Boil potatoes. While quite warm, cut potatoes as desired then add remaining ingredients and stir well.

Refrigerate and let chill several hours before serving.
