BLACKBERRY JAM CAKE 
1 c. shortening, melted
2 c. sugar
1 c. blackberry jam
3 c. flour
1 c. walnuts
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
